Can I bring in my own vase or container?
Yes! You are always welcome to bring in your own vase or container.
Can I customize my flower order?
Yes! We can customize colours, styles, and flower types based on your preferences and budget. Leave a note at checkout or contact us directly.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Your arrangement will be custom designed just for you at the time of your order.
We draw inspiration from your style and colour preferences, but your arrangement will not look exactly the same as the photo.
Can I request specific flowers?
Absolutely — if the flowers are in season and available, we’ll include them in your design.
Can I include a message with my order?
Yes. You can add a personalized message during checkout, and we’ll handwrite it on a complimentary card.
You also have the option to add a full-sized card to your order when you are checking out.
Can I place an order for a future date?
Yes — you can select any available date at checkout. For large events or holidays, we recommend ordering early.
Do you offer recurring or subscription orders?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly flower or plant subscriptions. Contact us to set one up.
DELIVERIES
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes — order before 1 PM for same‑day delivery within Carleton Place & area.
If you are placing an order after 1pm & would like a same-day delivery, please contact us - we can often accomodate special requests.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Carleton Place and surrounding areas within a 25km radius.
If you need delivery outside this area, contact us — we can often accommodate special requests.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery within Carleton Place starts at $10.
The final delivery fee is calculated based on distance and will appear at checkout.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes! At checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date.
We do not deliver on Sundays.
Why do you require the recipient's phone number?
We always call the recipient prior to delivery. This helps to ensure that the delivery goes smoothly.
We confirm that we have the correct delivery address. We also coordinate timing for the delivery that will be convenient for the recipient.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Not to worry! We always contact the recipient prior to delivery to confirm that we have the correct address.
Can you deliver to businesses, hospitals, or funeral homes?
Yes — we deliver to all local businesses, care facilities, and funeral homes within our delivery radius.
If the location has special delivery rules, we’ll coordinate as needed.
